my ds is almost 7. we have been spending alot of time over here at dp's house. we are going to be moving in soon.
anyway, we went out for dinner to celebrate. ds says in the middle of dinner, I love you to dp, dp's mom and dp's gran. on the way home he makes up a song for him. it says stuff about what my dp likes and does with ds. at the very end he sings, " and it feels like we're a family." I am crying right now just typing this out. I feel so blessed to have this man in our lives. I have been throu alot in my life. I never thought I could be this happy. YES sometimes things are tuff, but we work it out, TOGETHER. my son has called him dad before too. just wantd to share.
