Herbal Wormers

Thought I'd share this resource of herbal wormers. I'm going to use this on my goats when we move them to our new place. I'm really excited to use something natural. I will link the product and the info page. I'm going to use Formula #1 for my wether, the dogs and chickens and Formula #2 for my pregnant doe.

Has anyone tried it before?

My goats hate it. I wish they would eat it by choice. I've ended up using the syringe method, which I hate doing. But other than that, its a great wormer!

I hope my goats like it. I need to give it to them.

Awesome! I am new to chickens so please forgive me if this is a stupid question. Should I be using something like this regularly or when I suspect a problem? I also can't find anything relating to chickens on that site.

It says on the info sheet the dose for chickens. If you can't find it let me know. And yes this is something you use on a weekly basis. I believe Formula one is every 6-8 wks and Formula two is once a week.

Uh oh. My chickens are two months old. Could they already have a problem?

Starting them now should be fine, I'm not sure how young they should be started. You could probably e-mail them.

Do you mean that they could be too young yet? I just ordered some from them and will shoot them an email about it. Thanks!

I have been thinking about using this on our goats. My question is: we are starting a dairy/creamery does this effect milk taste? Is the milk going to start tasting goaty or like garlic? Anyone have experience with this?
Thanks
