That is so cool. People will often say, "oh those things weren't around when I raised my kids" and I tell them that slings have been around as long as fabric has, and before that is was likely leather! Now I know they literally have been around the entire evolution of humans!

Such a neat article I'm not even done reading it but I'm already formulating a class project surrounding this article. (I'm about to get my high school biology teaching certificate) I now even have an excuse to bring in my woven wrap and sling. That way I can promote biology AND babywearing. Thanks for sharing!!!
