After 6 years of breastfeeding (still going actually - my youngest nurses occasionally in the morning), I decided to write a post on my experience with plugged ducts and what worked for me.
I had oversupply issues with my 2nd child, and recurring plugged ducts. Which, if you've had them before, you know, hurt like the dickens! And can turn into mastitis (which I had once)

You CAN and SHOULD keep nursing through a plugged duct... it can just be a (painful) bump in the breastfeeding road. ((hugs)) and breastfeeding cheers to all!
