is teething diarrhea contagious?

DS has loose stools & I'm fairly certain it's from teething. I cam see in his mouth that he has 2 teeth coming in & he's drooling a lot. He has no other "sick" symptoms, besides the diarrhea. I know that some don't think teething causes diarrhea & some do, but I think his loose poops are from the teeth.

Is he contagious at all? We're supposed to be going to a child's bday party this weekend. Is he OK to be around others? Should I alert the other Moms?

I know that teething isn't contagious , but I'm wondering if he can pass on diarrhea anyway.

I wouldn't be concerned about teething poops. They are not from a germ or virus.

I'm pretty sure its caused by the excessive drool coming out the other end. He's not contagious.
