Please Help!!! 25 dpo, light AF -- Cramping and spotting -- Pregnant?

Hi all --

I need your expertise to help me out here. I thought I started my period on the 18th. I had all BFN's up until then. Then I had 3 days of a light period and I've had 3 days of spotting. I had cramps with the light flow days but they went away as the flow dwindled but they're back again 6 days after my period. Normally I get a couple days of at least medium bleeding and a couple days of light bleeding. The flow was red and brown mixed and the spotting is all brown.

My temps did drop but never dropped below the coverline. I have cramping, achy hips and legs and I've been really gassy for the last three weeks. I have also been tired and napping more than often (I never nap). My nips are also more sensitive than usual and have been for at least two weeks.

Here is my chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/30520e

Please let me know what you all think. I am thinking I should test when I get home from work, but want to know what you all think. Please help!!!

chart

Oh and I changed my chart so that the light flow days (18-19th) had spotting just so the whole thing would be on the same chart.

Absolutely test just to make sure, otherwise you could do something to hurt the possible baby. Your temps are still high definitely. I always err on the side of caution.

on your previous chart you only had a 1 day period with med flow??
And why did you discard the temps on cd10 and cd 18?
"They" say that any LP of 18 dpo is pregnant.
Do you have any more charts?
How long is your LP usually?
I do think it could be possible that you didn't ovulate until cd17, but if light bleeding isn't normal for you it def could just be breakthrough bleeding. And I think with that chart you should get an unquestionable BFP if you were pg and took a test.

This was my first cycle charting so I don't have any more charts, unfortunately. I started midcycle and figured I'd try my best. I'm unsure how long my LP is and I am usually sure when I O because I get EWCM and O pains, but I was having cramping a lot of the month so in hindsight I am unsure.

I didn't have any medium flow days on my chart but usually do have medium/heavy flow days at the beginning of my period. cd 10 I discarded because I woke up at 3am and had to pee, then took my temperature at 5:30 -- I had just started temping and didn't think to temp at 3:00. CD 18 was something similar -- we had driven to VA from CT and went to bed at 12:30 but had a restless night and I can't remember exactly but I don't think I had continuous sleep beforehand. Although if I include that temp it says I Oed on CD 17.

All in all, I did test yesterday and got a BFN, so at this point I can't imagine I am actually pregnant. Even if I did O on CD 17 I didn't BD around then because I thought I Oed on CD 11. And if I did O on CD 17 then I would be 20 DPO yesterday, and should have had a BFP by now, right?

I am totally new to all of this so if I am way off, please let me know!! I am really trying better for this "cycle" to chart CM and temps. THANK YOU!!!

Are you using a basal thermometer?
If not, I'd get one and use one to chart with.
Also, it's a really good idea to include as much info on CM as possible in your chart.
So that's a great start for this cycle.

My guess is your Od Cd17-18ish and that the really low temps early on might be off.

finnegansmom -- I did use a basal thermometer. I bought a digital one that came with a chart from TCOYF. I started with that and didn't have the TCOYF book yet, so just used temps to begin with...then I got the book and realized how important CM is, so I've started to track that (I check it several times a day now...).

I do have question about EWCM while I am writing this -- yesterday most of it was semen obscured but I did have a bit of clear EWCM that stretched a few inches. But then it went away and most of the day, including this morning, was just wet and slightly slippery. How would you record that??

Thanks to you all for your help!
