We are having a Boy!
And we have the name (Trevor Bear!) We love it! So I am guessing that I will behaving lots of Bear gifts...

I'm envious of those with names already. It's going to take us awhile to figure one we both like out. We've gone through most of our boy favorites. So far it's looking like Quinlin or Riordan are on the like list for us both. Then we'll have to figure out middle names.

We had a heck of a time with DS. It took months and months before we settled on a name. Here's what we finally did... we had a baby name book that had a list of the top 100 names (we wanted something fairly recognizable). Together, we wrote down the names we could stand from that list. We each rated those names (about 20) separately. Each of us got to add our top names to the short list along with ones we both rated highly. This left us with six so we added the middle names (we had three possible choices) to see how the names sounded as a whole. Then, we chose from the list of six. It was totally complicated and ridiculously tedious, but it worked! We ended up with Ethan William

With this baby, I already had the name picked out, but I waffled a little on the middle name (I think because I was afraid to buckle down and finalize it). I had no help from DH because he didn't know what to do with a girl

Since it took over a year of TTC we had a boy and girl first name picked out. Still trying to figure out a middle name. Since the baby is a girl she will be Rhiannon. If she had been a boy she would have been Declan.

It is still growing on me.
my other 3 are ABC and i wanted this one to be a D, name but we could only agree on a D name for a boy.

We had 3 names picked out when we got married so we knew the name of our first 3babies (and told everyone), but this is baby #4 and it has been so difficult finding a name. My husband is Hungarian so we have a hard time finding names that can be pronounced by everyone (his family and mine), something that we both like and something that sort of matches the other names.

This time we are not saying anything because we are afraid of negative comments, but, instead of negative comments, now we get all sorts of advice... "don't ever name your daughter Nicole" or "don't steal the name Jennifer, that's our future baby's name" or "don't you just love the name Gloria?" I'm actually getting a good laugh because we can't win either way.

With that said, our daughter's name will be Darla

I have very specific "rules" for my kids' names, that are driving me crazy. I don't want any letters/sounds that are the same as names we already have (beginning or ending letters/sounds) so finding a name has been TOUGH. No S, T, A, R, names; no names that end in -R, -y (or the long E sound), or A.

Beyond that, we have a hard time agreeing on names

So, I'm just happy we have Willow!

Thanks! I'd suggested it a bunch of times and finally dh said, "oooh I like it!" and I thought, ! I know I'd said it before.

Dh likes Logan for a boy but it's sooooooooooooooo popular. None of our other names are popular, so I'd like to stick with that theme...

So many beautiful names!! We named DD Willow Rhiannon and we never get anything but gasps of "oh my goodness what a pretty name" from people. So yeah it's a big hit and we love it so much because neither are names you hear much. If this baby is a girl we have the names Sage and Noelle, we just have to decide on the order! We thought Noelle was nice considering we're looking at a December/Christmas baby. Our last name starts with an N too so it should blend well. For a boy...that's the hard one. We know the middle name will be Wolf...the first name will be Viggo or Elijah. If we did Elijah he would probably go by Eli. DH REALLY is wanting Viggo. I really like it too. Decisions decisions...

You know what I'm kind of bummed about? A billion years ago, I always thought that if I had December twins I would name then Noelle and Nicholas. But then I grew up, and figured odds were that it would never happen, and named my third Nicholas. And here I am with December twins, but Nicholas is already taken.

LOL I told DH way earlier on that if we were having twin girls, since it's Dec., I was going to name them Holly and Ivy...like the carol! I love the name Noelle for a girl; really, really, really love it. But DH is a definite no on that one.

So, we are thinking Rachel for a girl, and are debating for a boy still...I like Adam, but I think DH is leaning to Colin or Brian.

For a girl middle name I like Emelia, and for a boy middle name I like William. Both of those are family names on my side, and I want to use them becuase I figure, heck, I have DH's last name; we can fit my family in there somewhere.

But it's not a definite decision, and we're not really telling anyone IRL because we want to meet the baby first.

Aw, I have a Lorelei Nadine and Alexander Lee (Xander).

Our boy pick is William Vincent (Liam).
As for a girl DH likes Emery Anne. I'm not really on board with it. And every name I like, he doesn't.

We agreed on Tallulah if it was a girl, when I first became pregnant. And everyone we have spilled the secret to has LOVED it. With the exception of one older lady at coop, and she just went on and on about torturing that poor child. So now I'm having second thoughts. The kids love it and so does dh, there was never a doubt. I've thought about maybe another T name and we can just call her Tallulah, I've loved Talia for a long time as well.

Rachel, I love both Viggo and Elijah...reminds me of 2 of my favorite actors in one of my favorite movies of all times (Lord of the Rings trilogy). Yes, I'm a nerd. Also, DS' middle name is Elijah

We weren't going to find out gender, but the tech blurted it out (which I wasn't too devastated about TBH lol). We aren't going to finalize the name until birth probably, but we are leaning towards Emre. We use Turkish names since my grandfather was Turkish, and I *love* the name Emre. I think it sounds really nice with DS' name (which is pronounced eye-den). We are still batting around middle names too, but I have to admit that I love the middle name McClaine (after Bruce Willis' character in Die Hard...love that movie! )
