Detoxifying Foot Baths

Like does this treatment really work? Has anyone done it and felt should I say lighter.

I did it several times, but it was $25 each time so not really affordable for me. I think I felt better, but I couldn't tell how much of it was in my head, ya know? It was a cool experience though.. Different "stuff" came up in the water each time so I feel like it really did work.

Did you pay to have this done somewhere or buy the stuff to do at home? I would really love to do something like this.

I did it at a chiropractic/nutritionist's office, that was $25 each time. But those recipes look great!
