I know tons of mamas nurse while pregnant, but I am wondering if anyone has read anything about this being risky in later pregnancy for moms with a history of premature delivery (as I had with both of mine). I've never nursed while pregnant and am wondering if this is an issue. Also wondering if nursing while pregnant prevents good weight gain (for the mom) or could affect new baby's growth? [I'm super thin and always lose lots of weight while nursing.] Last question--should I be adding any extra nutrients to my diet while pregnant and nursing an 18mo? It's new to me! Thanks!
