Help for exertion headaches?

I've had these for years now, and need them to go away. I can ride a bike or walk for hours, with no issues. But if I run, do push-ups or play soccer, I get raging headaches that last for hours afterwards. I've managed them a bit by taking Ibuprofen before my activities, but it only takes the egde off, it doesn't stop them. And I don't like that practice anyway. Have you found a solution to exertion headaches? Maybe I'm missing/low on a vitamin/mineral? I love running, soccer and push-ups, and don't want to stop them for the rest of my life.

Are you hydrated enough?

I think so. but I don't drink lots right before such an activity or I'll wet my pants. Seriously. If i run with anything in my bladder, it just leaks out. I drink lots when I get home.
