Is this ALL I'll need to fill/drain the tub?

It's a Python No Spill Clean and Fill. Does that handle the connector, filling, AND draining?

maybe. I think you would have to pull it out and make sure it worked with your particular faucet. I know I had to buy another adapter to make mine fit.

That's what we had, but we also needed another adaptor for our faucet. It did well to fill, but did not drain the tub at all. We did not have wonderful water pressure (apartment) and it ended up being trash and we emptied with buckets.

we use one of those to fill and drain our 165 gallon turtle tank. they are awesome! They work best from a utility sink if you have one.
