I came THIS close to letting DS have a diaper-free nap.

But I'm just not quite that brave yet, lol. It would have been the perfect opportunity, too. See, he and DD and I took a shower this morning. Then I left him wrapped up in just a towel while I trimmed DD's bangs. By the time I was done with her, he had pretty much fallen asleep in his towel, lol. Poor little guy had had a long morning and was exhausted. I debated just putting him to bed sans diaper but in the end put one on him. Maybe next time.

(But he did go potty for me in a "new" toilet this morning. A friend and I walk in the mornings and he was dry after the walk this morning, so I offered him her toilet and he went. )

I often let my kids sleep on a towel. Can't recall a whole lot of disasters but I'm sure we had a few.

Sounds like you had great success today!

I use a brolly sheet for when she naps, if I dont get in to her before she wees on waking (sometimes she goes just as I get there) I just need to throw it in the wash and the bed is still dry

In the car I put a terry flat folded under her bottom just in case she cant hang on and the car seat stays dry.

He's been dry maybe 65% of the time for naps and night now, and has been dry all day today, so I finally got brave and he is napping diaperless right now, lol. I just hope his little bottom doesn't get too cold, lol.

I didn't hear him wake up, so there was a giant wet spot in the crib when I went to get him. Oh well. Maybe I'll try again another time and have better luck then.
