How can I get healthy? -Health tips?

This year, I made it a point to become healthy. I have lost some weight and got rid of some acne.

I really want to be healthy, and make sure that I look healthy.

Can you give me some all over health tips?

Make food from fresh whole food ingredients at home.

Get a moderate amount of exercise every day.

Don't smoke.

Take care of your body and it will take care of you.

Eat real food.

Move, a lot.

Get enough sleep.

Drink plenty of water.

Get out in the sunshine every day.

Read things that make you laugh and watch funny movies.

Spend time with people whose company you enjoy.

Try to stick with organic for meat and dairy.

Try to include more fruits and vegetables in main course. In overweight situation, do not need to stay away from food but stick on more vitamins and carbohydrates. It can be help your overall body.
Eat those food items, which is carrying more carbohydrates it, give you more long term energy. Include white bread, grain brown rice, millet, quinoa and barley in your meal.
Just five minutes of bodywork out is to reduce calorie from our body.Physical activity even adjusts new way of eating and the burn our calorie.

1. 1 warm glass of water in the morning
2. More green in ur diet
3. simple exercises or even a short brisk walk in the morning
4. stay away or lower the intake of junk and fatty or oily stuff
