Everything I know about alcohol consumption has to do with 1 year olds and younger. My DS is 17 months, but still nurses constantly. It seems whenever I drink a nice glass of red, he needs to nurse within the hour. I usually let him. After all, it's just one glass! And I am by no means drunk.
It is customary for our family though to have a glass every night with dinner. I really like my wine. I am in graduate school and I work from home, so my day is stressful. The wine is good for the soul. I get so tired of trying to plan to drink it right before he nurses, since this never works, as he is more comfort nursing than anything.
Am I being bad? If I can't always wait two hours before he nurses, is my glass a day consumption hurting him?
I don't want to be flamed. Just trying to see how extended nursing and being a wino works for others out there.

cheers! No need to stress about it - enjoy your wine.
