While I consider myself a SAHM, I just accepted a third part-time job. It was one of those surprise things that just sorta happened but really feels like the right thing to do.
So my question is about nursing my almost 21 month old DD. We nurse on que, so I can't really tell you what our schedule has been, but I do know it's about to change. How do I ease her through this?
My current work schedule just changed this week from M-Th 8-12 to M/W 1-5 & T/Th 8-12 & 1-5. And today I interviewed for and accepted a job teaching a college class that, with lab, runs from 5:30-8:30 T/Th. So I'm looking at being gone ALL DAY Tuesdays and Thursdays. The rest of the week is pretty open, but teaching this class is gonna take a ton of prep time.
Can it be done? Has anyone BTDT and maintained a nursing relationship? DS nursed till 2.5yo, and I'd hoped DD would nurse even longer, but I've got to get us through the next few weeks first!
TIA,
