Does anybody know what causes PUL to de-laminate?

Not really but I will tell you one experience I have had with that issue. I contacted the company because the diaper did that and she said that she had tried a more environment friendly pul. So it could be because of that.

I had a diaper that had been washed, dried, and stored the same as around 25other pocket diapers (7 of the same brand bought at the same time) and on one of them the pul cracked into thousands of tiny cracks making the diaper useless...but all the rest were perfect. Weird.
