really? They are resorting to bribery to get folks to get their flu shot.
You could offer me 10 million dollars in coupons or free stuff for the rest of my life and I would still decline. I think the fact that these "incentives" are offered reflects the current state of the general public's view of the flu shot.

This one has me because there's nothing on that list I'd ever even buy. Well, maybe the toothbrushes, or the lightbulbs. Anyway, I don't think this is an incentive to get you to have a flu shot. I think it's an incentive to get you to get your flu shot AT THEIR STORE, kwim?

Safeway gives you a $25 off coupon for getting the flu shot there. I think it is a pure business decision, so they get more revenue and more people to use their shot clinics....
