I'm looking for something along the lines of baked oatmeal. But something I can make ahead, freeze extras, and just be able to grab and go - rather than needing a bowl and spoon. I'll probably end up sharing with DS as well.
I neeeed the oatmeal and coconut oil regularly for my cholesterol And I just don't find/make the time to make oatmeal during the week and I end up grabbing a bagel at work (bad plan). I have a ginormo bag of steal cut oats to experiment with! (If your recipe requires rolled oats, please let me know!)
