tell me about the best wipes ever.

looking for soft, absorbent and plush.

I never thought about cloth wipes until a sample wipe came in my Little Lions box last year. That little washcloth is treasured in my house. It feels like what a cotton ball made of cloth would. It comes out only for the most delicate tasks-- runny noses, and for behind ds's ears when his excema acts up.

I'm literally jealous that there are some babes having their bottoms wiped up with such luxury!

Now that we are having #2, I wanted to get a batch of the best wipes eveh, for both kiddos. Any recs?

I love my velour wipes! I have some that are flannel/velour, terry/velour (like the terry side for messy diapers!), and some really soft velour/velour ones. I liked the velour/velour ones so much that I now have them in my bathroom.

I've bought fantastic wipes from both of these places:

I love how she makes reusable 'paper' towels. That is something I have never thought of.

I just got my first wipes in Imse Vmse & they are not very soft. my older Ds actually said 'no cloth' when I was wiping him I think I will order from one of these places next they look great. I wish I saw this post before I ordered the others.

I bought the velour/fleece swaddlebees ones and they are awesome! I bought about half of them in dark pink on one side and white on the other, and the rest white on white. I try to use the dark pink on my little girl when she poops so the other ones stay white. So far it's working out great!

I love sherpa and velour wipes, and even though my younger daughter is out of cloth, we still use cloth wipes every day for other things.
