I'm a single mom, work full time - as an RN in an emergency dept.

I am so.freakin.tired. Right now we're just going through the motions, and I can see the tower tumbling down soon.

What are some ways that you boost energy?

I'd like to get up earlier than my kids in the morning, by about an hour (so between 5-6) on the days that I'm off. Good intentions, but I usually wake up to my two year old prying my eyes open. I feel nauseated, dizzy and am horrifically moody and cranky (especially first thing)

I'm sure my diet and activity level could use a boost, but my god, I can't go on like this. Pointers? Tips?

Anyone else feel like this? Yargh.
