Soy Iso Question

Ladies that have taken Soy Iso, did it change your O day? I have read that you will probably O 5-6 days after your last dose.

There's a thread on Soy Isoflavones that I think is on page 2 of the discussions. There is a TON of information there - much more than I could retype!

AFM, this is my first cycle taking soy isos, and I'm just on CD8 today. I'm hoping it will up my ovulation date a bit and give me a stronger ovulation. I took 120 mg each day for days 3-7.
