My thread was removed because it's against the rules to post contests here. Got it. Anyway, I won. You can see the winners here. Very inspiring stories. This has gotta be okay, I don't stand to gain from posting the winners. I just love this program and the results are inspiring so I thought I'd share.

Thanks! I am going to do the next contest for sure. It seems to me that having a deadline, among other reasons, really was pivotal for me in making progress. I guess I'd been flailing before that. I am pretty much maintaining right now but totally ready to start up again in mid-Sept with the next contest. I seriously love the program and have nothing to gain from others joining (except my secret quest to help alter the path of more and more adults becoming overweight). http://www.TurbulenceTraining.com, y'all! I just found some of the workouts online that I was able to print out that I'm going to start incorportaing in to my workout routine this week and see how it goes. I would like to lose another 5 or 10, but would rather tighten my tummy area and thighs and your tummy is just awesome. THAT's what I want!!!
