picky son won't take supps

How do you get your children to follow the tooth decay protocol? My son (7) has dark spots on his molars. He accepts xylitol mint candy but won't take CLO or butter oil. He gags and cries at the taste. Also he refuses all vitamins, I've tried many different chewable flavors. His diet is very limited & he eats mostly bread and pasta.

Anyone been through this? He can taste hidden supps and I don't know how to get these minerals into him.

Bone broth tastes great and cook all sorts of stuff in it.

Liver is fine mixed with ground beef or breaded and fried LIGHTLY.

As for CLO, you could get the gummies but I have no idea how they taste. Drinking raw grasss fed milk afterwards always hides the taste for me. My 3 yr old takes FCLO with no problem but I give her a sip of apple cider (not juice) as it is strong and covers any after taste for her. Lately we have been getting lots sun and eating liver so I have been relying on those for Vit A (liver) and D (sun). But come winter, we will get back on FCLO and an additional D3 supplment.

We never took butter oil as we consumed loads of grass fed butter. If your Child is eating lots of breads, try soaking the breads, or serve it with soups made with bone broth.

What about smoothies for hiding superfoods in? Spinach is well hidden.

Any specifics more you need help with?

He is a carb aholic. Refuses all soups and all meat. He is SERIOUSLY picky.

What about cook pasta in broth or mashed potatoes with broth. Can he do dairy or eggs?

Pasta in broth is a good idea. He hates egg, dairy except ice cream, rice, potatoes, smoothies. Sigh. He's challenging. It wears me down.

Well, cook rice in bone broth. Use grass fed dairy or cream (even better tasting) in smoothies, and throw in some greens.
Get some Kerry Gold butter and put that on everything, cause butter taste good on everything!

What about cell salts for teeth healing too? They are amazing.

I am so blessed that my dd was raised eating CLO and other weird stuff, but getting a 7 yr old to change palate is tough. One step at a time...
