so i wear a pessary for a prolapsed uterus. i am working on getting my core muscles back in shape, but until then...

i started temping for cta purposes. but since i haven gotten my first ppaf i need to track cf. if i am wearing a pessary do i have to kegel the cf out? i am not going to remove it evrey morning. although it would be the easiest way to see the cf. it is just a pita to put in and takes out more than oncce a month. any thoughts? ideas?

I am not sure how a pessary works, but not everyone needs the CF to come outside the body to check it. Do you have access to your cervix? Sometimes if you "strain" a little (the opposite of a kegel I guess - pushing not squeezing) and insert a finger you can get a good idea. or even waiting...here's the tmi....until you have a BM because a lot of times when you go to wipe, there is CF on the paper.
Good luck!

the pessary covers my cervix. so i cant touch my cervix at all.
