Anyone have kids that don't really like to eat?

Ds is 3 1/2 and he's always been on the low weight side. We went to his WIC apt today and it appears that he's grown a lot in height but grown about the same in weight, so he's dropped in BMI. We've been working on his weight issues for almost two years since he was like off the chart and was actually losing weight for a period of time. We now supplement with Bright Beginnings formula cans which has gotten him off the scary weight ranges, but I just notice that in general he is not all that interested in eating. I struggle to get him to eat almost any time. He'd rather be playing. He can go several hours without asking to eat anything. If I don't offer, I really think he'd just not ever think about it. He has tons of energy and is very bright so I'm not really worried that he's lacking, but just curious if other's have kids that don't really indicate hunger all that often?

DS1 (3 yrs 2 months) is like this. He eats because he has to, rarely because he wants to. He would much rather play and eating interrupts his playing time. He is also very energetic and runs constantly

He is a grazer though so I just put out food so that he can do a "drive-by" and snack.

He is long and lean (definitely under 25% for weight but 80-85% for height) and will eat almost anything, just not a lot at one time, except for some foods which he loves.

I tend to look at his eating over an entire week, not just one day, so I am not worried and know he gets enough.

My son is 5 and I think he doesn't like to eat. Most days he has only 1 meal, the rest I have to do in snacks in hopes to get something in him.

My guy is older (14 years old) and he has never liked to eat. In the last several years I've come to realize some of it is sensory ie: he doesn't like to chew, he doesn't like certain smells and some of it, honestly, is a fear of being fat. We have never controlled food in he or his siblings lives although sometimes he does not get to do things until he eats something. And yes, I have spoken to his ped, a nutritionist, a counselor, a chiropraor (friend who he respects) and his hockey coach. Some things work better than others. Currently he is 5'10" and hovers around 120 lbs which doesn't sound horrible but he plays both competetive hockey and lacrosse so he's pretty lean as well.
