Hi folks,
I have an 8 week old who has had issues with gas/reflux. So about 3 weeks ago, I decided to try eliminating dairy. At first I didn't see much change. Then one day after I had eaten almost half a box of wheat crackers, DD had an awful day, and I began to suspect gluten sensitivity (DS has this as well). So now I've taken out gluten for the past week.

DD is seeming much happier. Reflux does not seem to be a problem, and the gas is more occasional and seeming to be less painful. So of course I don't know if it's the dairy or the gluten or the maturity of the digestive system. So I'd like to try challenging, but don't know which to do first or how to approach the challenge at all.

Anyone who has done this have suggestions?
