argh....
another spike in the old blood pressure.....142/92 this time. Not as high as last time, but still crappy. I woke up this am, 4am, feeling reallllyyyy nauseated, headache and swollen. So I checked the BP and thats where were at right up from sleep...been monitoring it now for almost 2 hours, and it went down to 132/82 then back up to 142/92 so I dont know. My daughters birthday party is today...argh

My blood pressure has been hovering around the 140/90 mark ALL DAY. I've taken it super easy. It was up yesterday, but I totally was overdoing it, so I wasn't surprised. But today? No reason.

I'm getting a massage pretty much first thing tomorrow morning, and DS will be with a sitter until about 11:30 or noon.

He has been a super pill all day, so perhaps having the morning off from mothering him, and focusing on caring for myself and mothering the one in my belly will help get my bp back down!

well it continued to climb to 140/99 ...I went back to bed and lied back down checking it ever half hour through the morning. I didnt get to rest like I should of, but the head pain went away and though I am still swollen its not as bad as this am Bp now is 131/81 so its lower then it was...
