Last cycle I took prometrium after O (for spotting & LP issues), and my temps were pretty much the same as always. However, this cycle, my pre-O temps are much higher than normal. Normally my pre-O temps don't go over 97.2. Yesterday's temp was 97.7 and today's was 98.9! I'm definitely not sick. I'm wondering if the increased temp is from the progesterone, or if maybe I need a new battery for my thermometer.

how many charts do you have charted? Sometimes I find seasonally my pre-O temps/coverline go up or down. Unless you are getting the exact same temp every day, I wouldn't suspect therm error.
I don't know much about progesterone though, so maybe the other ladies can say whether the temps are from that? I thought once the supplement was stopped, the temps drop to bring on AF. Did they drop below your coverline when AF came?
ETA: I just looked at your chart and your temps never even really dropped - you are missing s couple, but only 1 you have there went to the CL). And look at your skyrocket temp today! Are you sure you aren't feeling a little under the weather? Could be your body fighting off something, but ...and not to get any hopes up, but I would be inclined to take a test jsut to be sure it wasn't just pregnancy breakthrough bleeding you had as "AF".

I actually tested yesterday b /c I thought the same thing. It was stark white, so I feel pretty confident that I'm not pregnant.
It's always possible that I could be getting sick & not realize it. I hope not. Last cycle I got sick right at O time and I don't want that to happen again!
ETA: I just hunted down another thermometer and took my temp, and it's 99.4. I swear I feel fine! Maybe I'm just fighting something off.
