I ha e been dealing with this and one thing I have found is a big deal is sleeping on my left side, that keeps your stomach opening pointing up, less likely to spill stuff.
The other thing I notice is I have more heartburn when I'm hungry or about to get hungry, so never letting my stomach get totally empty seems to help a lot

it sucked! I upped my water intake, and have had no heartburn for the last 2 weeks. 





I now have four bottles (free!) but have yet to try it.
