I signed the papers today to officially file for divorce.
We have 90 days minimum until it can be finalized. We both have to attend 12 hrs of parenting classes and if we can't agree then we have to do 4 mediation sessions.
I'm praying that we can come to an agreement on our own and keep things amicable. I've sent him a division of belongings list and a parenting plan in hopes of getting him to agree and us just get this done. I'm not holding my breath, though.
