Favorite homemade ice cream flavors?

Hit me! I'm feeling an end-of-the summer ice cream inspiration! I've got French vanilla freezing right now, am thinking of making a second batch of something tomorrow & having an ice cream playdate for the kids (& maybe a wine playdate for the mamas).

My grandma makes the beessst cherry ice creak it is sooo good. Peach is rather good, as well. Now I want some homemade ice cream...

I do mint chip a lot. Add a dash of mint extract instead of vanilla and then break up a dark chocolate bar into tiny pieces/shards.

DH has been asking me to make blueberry, haven't done it yet though. We've done cherry, strawberry, and peach though. Oh and cherry with dark chocolate.

Dulce de leche, coffee, right now i have a triple berry in the freezer. I mostly sweeten w maple or honey and just add whatever fruit i have in the house. I've made peach-ginger, blackberry-lemongrass, whatever strikes my fancy.

- Maple syrup & pecan

Peach is my favorite homemade ice cream flavor. I think because I've so rarely had a good commercial peach ice cream.
