On & Off low back discomfort

Okay this is really weirding me out (no not the baby kicking so hard its moving my laptop without touching it). Most of the day I've been having this menstrual cramp type feeling in my back. I haven't counted anything or timed anything but its got me a little worried so I just started (discomfort starts again at 7:53...). I've already had my hospital freaking out about early labor once about 3 weeks ago although then I *knew* it couldn't be labor because of the type of pain. I don't really know what to do. I don't want to freak anyone out because its most likely nothing but I'd like to know why I'm feeling this way. Its strong enough to make me want someone here to rub my back (DH is currently away on training) but not strong enough to actually call it pain.
I've been on antibiotics for a while now and have been having issues with gas but I've been trying to combat it with probiotics. I'm not sure its gas though. I also just flew back from Michigan yesterday but didn't start to feel this back crampy-ness until today. Ugh I hope this is just normal stuff, the baby is still much too small for it to be anything serious.

(Post at 8:07. 14 minutes have gone by and still uncomfortable.)

Maybe the baby is just in a strange position? Try getting down on all fours. Make sure your wrists are parallel with your shoulders, and your knees are under your hips. Let your head hand down, and take some deep breaths. Sometimes a change in position helps relieve some of the pressure on your back.

Feel better!!

Thank you. I'll try that next time. So far my timings are...
7:53 (lasted quite a while)
9:02 (mild)
9:16
9:28 (very mild but my arm was shaking)
10:06 (moderate)

Its 10:26 now and it might be coming back but I can't tell.
