Ragweed allergies, anyone?

Thread Starter
I am beyond miserable. Ragweed season started early this year.

What can I try, besides the neti pot, to help? I am open to suggestions.

Amla (vitamin C) and quercetin have helped us tremendously. Ragweed allergies are a problem in our house and August and September have traditionally been rough.

Vitamin C is a histamine destroyer and quercetin is noted for being very helpful for respitory problems, even asthma. Play around with the dosage to find out what works for you.

Hope you feel better soon!

It has been very bad this year. I try to take 2000mg of sodium ascorbate every day (although I usually forget and only take 1000mg. And I drink LOTS of nettle infusions.
