I agree. I wouldn't jump to the conclusion of sexually abusing him. Inappropriate? sure. weird? um yeah. But I would just ask your son what happened without freaking out. It may have been completely innocent. Kids do weird stuff sometimes. I doesn't mean the girl is evil or perverted. They may have just wanted to switch clothes. You have to be neutral though. If he hears any indication in your voice that what happened was wrong he is going to hide what happened.

You mentioned sprinklers, maybe she got wet and wanted his clothes because they were dry, maybe she was scared her mom would be mad if she came home wet... who knows? Again if she forced him in anyway to trade clothes not ok because she is bullying but i would hesitate to give it any sexual intent.
