do you add in something to sanitize the dipes, e.g. oxiclean, bac out, etc. with every wash?

our DS is 2.5 and out of diapers(except for overnight) and we always just relied on the hot washes to sanitize. We only used Charlie's, period, and never had an issue, with irritation or odor. Not sure if it matters, but we used prefolds.

Nope. Just Charlie's and hot water. I do use the "2nd rinse" option on my washer. When it is sunny and warm I put them in the sun to dry

No

I do a cold cycle, a hot cycle with Charlie'e, and then another cold cycle to rinse. We have very soft water and I have problems with getting all the soap out. I hang dry my laundry so between the hot wash and the sun, I think I'm covered.

No sanitizing here either. I do hot washes with no soap till I see no suds, we have really hard water and this is key for keeping the stinkies away at our house.
