I want to start making cheese and bought all the stuff but just now realized that when i bought my liquid rennet it ended up in the cupboard instead of the fridge. Is this really bad? Will it just not work or if it works, will it make us sick? Also, I'm welcoming any favorite cheese recipes to try! Thanks.
