To-do list?

Has anyone made a to-do list of what needs to be done before your UC? you know like -get a birth pool, -take CPR, -order birth kit & herbs -etc etc.... I'm trying to compile mine and delegate to get stuff done but my brain is fried! Anyone care to share their to-do list and/or shopping list?

Here's my supplies list.
Birth pool
Air pump
Pool hose
Drain & fill & adapter
Birthing suits (took 2 sundresses, cut in 2 pieces so they make a bra type top and a skirt bottom)
Bendy straws
Old towels
Receiving blankets
Electric water kettle
Camera w/extra batteries + tripod
Shoelaces
Scissors
Placenta bowl
Tape measure
Digital scale
Stool softeners
Depends
Pads
Tylenol
Hydrogen peroxide
Witch Hazel

My to-do list includes:
Blow up the pool 2 weeks before edd
Wash/strip diapers
Get out baby clothes, wash, put away.
Get the birth binder set up. (with emergency plans, backup plans etc all spelled out for my birth team)
