Any pre-school aged kids in NYC NOT going to pre-school?

Hi! I feel like I am the only person in Manhattan NOT sending my 3yo DD to preschool this fall. I am excited to be home with her, but we are both very social and I don't know what to do when all the kids her age disappear next week.

Is anyone out there living in Manhattan and not sending their kid to school? Play dates anyone?

Have you checked out this group? http://www.nychea.org/ They're large, well-organized with lots going on. Membership is open to those below the legal "school age." There is a "Not Back to School Picnic" coming up soon.
