I've had three boys.
Ds1: 41 w, 6.9 days
Ds2: 41 w, 5 days
Ds3: 38 w, 3 days

All were right around 8 pounds, similar lengths. Ds3 was a few ounces less, and had quite a lot more vernix, and was sleepier for the first couple weeks. But he was definitely term and ready.

My daughter was born 1 day early, my son was born 2 1/2 wks early at 37.5 wks. He did really well though, breastfed like a champ and had absolutely no issues.

Usually breastfeeding is a lot easier the second time around. Your milk comes in sooner, your breasts are smarter because they've done it before and you know what you're doing more (positioning, latching etc.).
