going for another round of patch testing...need suggestions of foods to try!!

So, DS is 2 and has a tremendous list of foods that he cannot tolerate at all. We don't think they are IgE allergies, but he has significant reactions to all of these including rash on his face, reflux, diarrhea, mucusy poop, awful sleep.

I'm going to request another round of patch testing on him as he recently has become sensative to something he's been eating and I can't figure out what it is. We are also running very low on foods to eat and to try.....pretty soon he's going to be down to one grain, one veggie and a couple of fruits. Not good!! I need suggestions of foods to try!! I'm definitely going to test some seafood (shrimp, scallops, fresh tuna)

Here's his LONG list of avoid foods:

Key= @- previous patch tested food, ** food he was able to eat and has become sensative to, the dates are when he had them last

Just wanted to bump you for suggestions. I'm really not sure what I would try. Maybe just go through the list of bad foods and start testing the ones that he hasn't had for a while?

I don't see any fats in the list. Have you tried/tested any oils, like olive, safflower, canola, etc.?

Thanks! I'm totally at a loss here....I'm sure the allergy dr. will recommend retesting some of the ones we intially tested almost a year ago. I had to pull his beef from his diet this weekend....had a horrible reaction to it, and 3 days later he still has a bad rash on his face. I just don't understand why he can't eat anything without having a reaction!!

He can have olive oil.....canola oil is a definite no, as is sunflower oil and vegetable oil. I haven't tried safflower oil, and we are going to retest coconut to see if we can keep that or not. All nut oils and avacado oil are out as well. Can't do animal fats either since he can't do the meats. I'm seriously running out of ideas here!!
