this is a great thread, thank you sugarpop for starting this all that time a go and being honest, am glad we could be there for you

i had the grreat luck of not getting my tummy to messed up with carrying twins, not really any stretch marks and all in all im amazed! but low and behold it is clear from day one that my genetics say my boobs are going to take the brunt of all of it! got stretch marks there while preggo and now i can see them getting droopier and droopier week by week, never go without a bra 24/7, just not comfy anymore. and yeah DH is totally not allowed to touch, any time i let him then nursing feels messed up for days, he is crushed.

when this is all over i am getting a great lift and tuck for them and lavishing them in wonderful bras and putting out a "come hither" sign for my patient hubby! i actually do have a few pretty nice looking bras that fit as long as im not full and i wear them for dtd it really is the trick

Mine are huge & annoying & while part of me would like surgery, the thought of it scares the heck out of me. And the scarring. Dh &I have talked about it & both of us are repulsed by the amount of scarring a reduction would involve, esp for getting size J's with cd size areaola's down to something more normal looking.

I'm resigned to having to live with them. Unfortunately.

just for your info, the amount of scar showing is just about exactly the same for everyone getting a reduction, it is the amount taken away that changes. and i have seen a handful of reductions post surgery and many years later is my past career as a body piercer and they scars are really minimal. after they healed it was really only the single line going from the areola down to the crease that was still visible. my mom had a reduction maybe 2 decades ago and i have seen those close up throughout the healing and now and they look great, she is very happy she did it and was super 60's hippy bra burning type back then.
