last year I put too much "dry" ingredients versus ACV
so I ended up munching some teaspoonfulls of the stuff during the winter
this year I managed to get more of the list of ingredients so I had more volume but then my middle size glass jar war nearly full so that was no good
and the only other size I have is really much bigger so only 1/4 full instead of 3/4 full as I read some instructions
my question= does it need to be filled up with ACV so that there is no or hardly any air in the jar ?
... in which case I need to go back and buy some more of the dry ingredients, peel and chop etc ...
second question= during winter do you mix spoonfull of the strained liquid with freshly squeezed lemon juice or do you swallow "as is" ?
