I love fall. It will be here (Texas) sometime, I am hoping! Right now we are high humidity and high temps. Ugh.

My goal is 1000 minutes of exercise this month. Everyone is welcome! Let's get moving and let's have fun doing it!

YEAH!!!! Fall is here!!! My morning runs (and afternoon runs) will be taking on a whole new meaning....

I can't wait to get started, except that we having a heat wave here with temps around 95 - 97 every day this week.

I'm in for 1500 - I'm training for a couple of races this fall. I'll post my workout later today - haven't done it yet

Hey, everyone! I made it to about 850 mins last month, but I plan on doing better this time around. On Friday morning, I got a BFP, but I'm still committed to working out through the pregnancy. I don't want to gain as much as I did with DS2 (48 lbs) so I'm still going to work! My MW gave me the go ahead to keep doing my bikini bootcamp as long as I felt OK. I'll just need to modify a few things here or there, which my instructor is fine with.

9/2 60 min walk
9/3 60 min bikini bootcamp

I've skipped a few months, but I will join this one. I found a gym buddy and she is going to the same gym classes as me. It makes it a lot easier to go when I know someone is expecting me to be there. I will aim for 800 minutes.

9/8- 60 min spin class
