I weighed myself on Sunday or Monday - 140lbs. I weighed myself this morning, I'm at 145lbs. I haven't changed a thing in my diet - well, okay, I cheated a little bit on Sunday night and had a yummy dessert (out of my norm), but that wouldn't have caused me to gain 5lbs in 3 days, would it? I am expected to start AF in the next day or so. So could this 5lbs be water weight gain???
Just frustrating to see, if it's not AF weight gain, since I've been doing SO good on my low carb diet and sticking with my exercise.
