What supplements?

We are TTC #3. Wondering if there are any good supplements for general fertility? I have been charting for last 5 months (trying for only 1 though) and I don't see any obvious problems to correct. I always get a temp rise to confirm ovulation, confirmed by cervical placement and CM changes. My lutal phases are at least 14 days. One problem this month was I didn't seem to get much EWCM. (But the month before I had much more, so who knows?)

I was thinking of trying Evening Primrose Oil and Robitussin next cycle for the CM. I also take a regular multivitimin and a dose of fish oil each day. Is there anything else that is good for general fertility kind of stuff? Does Pre-seed help at all if you are low on CM, or is it really more of a "doesn't hurt but doesn't really help" kind of thing? Interested in any ideas anyone has.

Hi! I think what you're doing sounds fine. Try not to stress, so maybe don't add too many things at once. I think perhaps you might want to add a prenatal vitamin to start building up folic acid in your system. Also, robitussin is a good thing to try if you really think CM is an issue (sounds like it probably isn't). Preseed is a great lube, and if you use lube, you should definitely use it. Other lubes can block/kill sperm. There are two kinds, regular pre-seed which goes inside you (with a little applicator) and "Pre" which is just regular lube for the outside. It can't hurt, but no need to rush out and buy it... Good luck!

I found that B6 made a big difference in helping my CM. I take a prenatal, B6, Vitex, DHA (and B12 - I'm vegan).

Thanks. While I wouldn't say CM is always a problem, last month I had none!Nothing I could even say remotely resembled EWCM.

I use green tea and maca. Maca wont mess up your hormones like some supplements can. Green tea is good for fertility and CM.

I take a multi, vitamin d, vitamin C and fish oil for general health.

Red Raspberry Leaves?

Anybody know if you can continue to take this after ovulation or should you stop before.
