DS is 9 months and has his two bottom center teeth. It looks like the top right incisor is about to come in. (I see tiny white dots in this spot) however, it has looked that way for a while.
I noticed about a week ago that I have this red area on my nipples (both of them) on the top outside "corner" (if nipples could have corners) it looks like a scrape almost, no broken skin, but little bloody dots, right at the surface. Now, since DS doesn't have any teeth on top, I am wondering where this is coming from - I mean, unless he nursed upside down, his bottom teeth wouldn't ever hit that spot, and we don't nurse in that position, ever.
I will also say, that it doesn't feel painful when he nurses or anything, but is a little tender when I pump. (which I only do a total of 4 times a week, I WOH 2 days a week and pump 2x on those days) I noticed when I pump, as when else do I look that closely at my nipples?
