Making fruit leather - help

I want to make fruit leather and have a good recipe but am not sure how use my food dehydrator to make more of it.

My dehydrator is round and the heat comes up through a hole in the middle. I have one plastic O that lays on top of a rack, that is used for fruit leather. How do I make or get more of these?

A read where someone used large freezer bags, taped to the rack but the rack was square and had not hole in the middle. The fruit was spread on the plastic bag and it worked great. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I haven't tried yet to make the fruit leather, so far I've just dehydrated the sliced fruit and it's worked great.

But the lady I got my dehydrator from said she just cut parchment paper in the shape of the circle and it worked for her to make the leather.

Yeah I totally figured it out. I took a few layers of plastic wrap over each rack and cut a hole in the middle. The leather peeled right off when done and they seem to be reusable. Probably wouldn't keep them past this drying session.

I have 5 racks drying now and puree for another 5 racks in the fridge. Nectarine leather is scrumptious.
