I am so sorry you are dealing with this.
Try to get your hands on the book "The Mood Cure". There is natural treatment for depression if you want to go that route.
I hope you will consider at least talking to a health care provider. There could be an underlying health issue causing your depression.

It sounds like a big part of this is situational for you. I would suggest getting outside in the sun (Vitamin D can play a HUGE role in mood - if you can't get out, start taking at least 2000IU of D3 per day), getting your body moving somehow (I know, when you're depressed it is SO much easier said than done), look into taking a multivitamin, consider 5HTP, and look at your diet - what kind of junk are you putting into it? Food dyes, corn syrups, processed foods? Get rid of all of that, it's not doing your brain any favors.
I've had relief from depression and anxiety by taking 5HTP in the past, but what provided me with the most profound relief were diet changes (namely removing gluten and corn from my diet - corn being the most impactful for me, but everyone is different).
Keep your chin up, keep reaching out. Does your DH have a health plan? What about looking for a local therapist as well?
