we've used this one that a waldorf parent/child teacher made up for me on the spot Pretty simple

To the tune of 3 blind mice

Tea time now, Tea time now

come sit at the table and drink some tea
a cup for you and a cup for me
it's tea time now

"For the golden corn and the apples on the tree,
For the yellow butter and the honey for our tea
For the fruits and nuts and berries that grow along the way,
For birds and beasts and flowers, we thank you every day."

This is actually a song from The Singing Day by Candy Verney.

We will be using this verse during the fall for our family evening meal.

But this is more of a meal time grace really.

fairies are big in our home so i changed the words to a storytime verse i heard on the earthschooling site.

(it is with the basic verses)

fairies of the fruit and flowers
come and share your tea with me
i am sitting with our cups
and i'm sitting peacefully

i really like the one that adds "a cup for you and a cup for me" into it, so I'm going to change our last line to
"one for you and one for me"

I really love this one. DD loves fairies right now...so this one might just do the trick. I'll have to give it a test-run today.
