I had it baaaaad my first pregnancy - and starting in the first half of the pregnancy.
I thought I was going to get through this time with just some "annoying" twinges here and there.
Nope.
A week ago it was annoying. 48 hours ago it hurt. Today I have twice scared the crap out of my 2.5-year-old with the screaming and crying and hobbling that followed laying down with him. I even felt the left side of my pelvis flop sort of open and closed. That realllllly hurts...
I'm coming up on 36 weeks. I so thought I was in the clear.
My chiropractor worked with me this evening on how to lay down and get back up...so hopefully that'll help...

At least its almost over, right? I have other back/hip issues as a result of being horribly out of alignment but its not as bad as SPD sounds.

I had a terrible time with it last pregnancy, to the point that I couldn't walk for periods of time. So far my chiro has been able to keep it under control this time. Hoping it stays that way!
